First things first, surgery was fine. It took about 8 minutes, and the hardest part was the waking up. He also came home with his stickers still on him... and they are STUCK. Seems like they would have ripped those off while he was asleep... hmmm.
Shaun built a veggie garden this weekend with much oversight from Ethan and Zoe. They made a trip to Lowes, measured, hammered, sawed, leveled, then took a water break. We'll get to play in the dirt soon.
All is well. Happy Monday.
He's so big he can sit at the table, but prefers his blueberries caveman style.

Busy busy busy! We've been through another ear infection, three rounds of antibiotics, a trip to the ENT, and now we're getting PE tubes on Monday. We have to be there at 630 in the morning. Er ee er eee er ee (that's me rubbing my eyes)... we're not up at 630, but I suppose we can make it for surgery.
Now that spring is finally here we can go to the park again. He loves to swing and slide and HATES to leave. Not an easy transition.
It was finally time for a haircut last night... I could have made him a nice little ponytail with a bow in back, but I opted to let him frolick in his manhood. Here's his new image of masculinity...
I'll update after our ear surgery. The doctor, Dr. Manning, was very nice, informative, and wore square wire-rim glasses (you know I love a man in glasses!) . Apparently it is quick and relatively painless and will get all that goo out and help it not come back. Tootaloo, E
Ethan's learned new signs for open, and cheerio, and can name all his face parts. He's starting to replace his old signs with words which is fun.
